Lilis Suraena is 41 years old with working experience in Singapore from 2009 to 2013. She worked for one employer and completed two terms of contract (4 years in total).

Her main responsibility was caring for a newborn baby until the child turned 4 years old. She handled the baby’s full daily routine, including preparing and feeding milk, sterilizing milk bottles, bathing and dressing the baby, changing diapers, putting the baby to sleep and engaging the child in play and early learning activities. She ensured the child’s safety and well-being at all times and was confident in handling the child independently.

When the child was sleeping or attending school, Lilis managed general housekeeping duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, washing and ironing clothes, changing bed sheets, tidying and organizing the house, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Cooking was mainly handled by the employer’s in-laws, and she would collect the prepared food from their house and bring it home for the family.

After completing two full contracts, Lilis returned to Indonesia to continue working in Jakarta. She is experienced in newborn and childcare and is capable of managing household duties independently.
