Lia Patmawati, 33 years old, worked in Surabaya from 2022 to 2026 for a Chinese-Indonesian family. Her main responsibility was caring for the employer’s newborn baby until the child reached 4 years old.

She has hands-on experience in newborn and childcare, including preparing and sterilising milk bottles, feeding, burping, changing diapers, bathing the baby, soothing the child to sleep and ensuring a safe and clean environment. As the child grew older, she assisted with daily routines such as preparing meals and engaging in play activities.

Lia is attentive and responsible. She never leaves the child unattended while awake. When the baby was asleep or spending time with the parents, she managed household chores such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, ironing, and maintaining general cleanliness. She also prepares simple meals for the family.

Aside from childcare, Lia is open to learning and taking on elderly care responsibilities if given the opportunity. She loves cats and is comfortable caring for them. Lia is willing to renew her contract if requested by the employer and is committed to long-term employment.
